Getting Started

Saberra Meet is a local-first meeting intelligence app. Your recordings and notes stay on your device — no account required.

Click New Meeting and name it

Allow microphone when prompted

Talk — Saberra Meet transcribes live (Chrome/Edge)

Click Stop — action items are extracted automatically

Add an AI key in Settings to enhance notes with Claude or GPT-4

💡 Best in Chrome or Edge. Safari has limited speech recognition.

Set up Anthropic (Claude)

Claude (by Anthropic) is the AI powering Saberra. It's the recommended engine for Saberra Meet.

Go to console.anthropic.com

Sign up or log in with any email

Click API Keys in the left sidebar

Click Create Key — name it "Saberra Meet"

Copy the key (starts with sk-ant-)

Paste it in Saberra Meet → Settings → Anthropic API Key

Set up OpenAI (GPT-4)

OpenAI's GPT-4 also powers Whisper — the best available transcription engine.

Privacy & data

Your data never leaves your browser unless you explicitly send it to an AI API.

What stays local: recordings, transcripts, notes, action items, search index
What goes to AI APIs (only on your request): meeting transcript text (no audio)

AI training opt-in defaults to OFF. Change in Settings → Privacy.

Connecting Sera (Saberra)

Sera is Saberra's AI operator. With the Saberra Meet connector, every meeting you record can flow directly into Saberra's memory graph — automatically indexed, connected, and retrievable.

In your Saberra admin panel, create a Saberra Meet Integration webhook endpoint

Copy the webhook URL (looks like https://your-saberra.railway.app/api/saberra-meet/ingest)

Paste it in Saberra Meet → Settings → Saberra Integration → Endpoint URL

Enable Auto-send to push each meeting to Saberra as soon as you stop recording

Or click Send to Saberra in any meeting's action bar for manual control

What Sera does with it: classifies the meeting type, extracts entities (people, projects, decisions), links it to existing memory nodes, and makes it searchable across your org's history.
